Meet and Greet Checklist
____ Pick-up “Welcome” Packet at Welcome Table
____ Check class list postings for class assignments (Boehm Center west wall)
____ Stop at Records table to verify contact information and turn in forms
*Pick up authorization
*Electronic Media
*Food Allergies - If your child has a food allergy, please go to the St. Patrick School website, print and complete the food allergy form. (web site: www.spswadsworth.org – go to Parent Resources)
____ Stop at Finance table to pay tuition balance
____ Drop off Food Pantry Donations under the Tree of Service
____ Enjoy a treat!
____ Find your class table!
____ Meet your catechist!
____ Help your child introduce themselves to their classmates!
____ Introduce yourself to your fellow parents!
Notes:
~You may stop at the Record and Finance table at any time during the morning.
~At 10 am the catechists will lead their group to their homeroom for an activity. 8th grade students will have a regular class.
~Parents will remain in the Boehm Center for a brief introduction and time for questions (approximately 15 minutes).
~After the introduction, parents should join their children. Once your child has finished their activity, please enjoy the rest of your day!
~8th grade classes will be dismissed at the regular 11:45 am dismissal time.
~2nd class is Sunday, September 28th
